6.     you must pray & fast for  your music career as a member
7.     never fail to plan for a way forward about the management
8.     keep to time in meeting and rehearsal days
9.     you must have an internet phone or laptop or any browsing device
10.                       you must share things about the recordlabel on your own social media page
11.                        you must not fail to invite others that have talent to join
12.                       Don forget we teach God promote God bless you
